This appeal by Assessee has been directed against the Order of the Ld. CIT(A)-16, New Delhi, Dated 29.04.2019, for the A.Y. 2015-2016.
2. We have heard the Learned Representatives of both the parties through video conferencing and perused the material available on record.
3. Learned Counsel for the Assessee has filed a letter stating therein that the assessee has opted for VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME, 2020 and filed Form Nos.1 and 2. He has, therefore, submitted that the appeal of the assessee may be dismissed as withdrawn.
4. In view of the above, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to issue of Form No.3 in favour of the assessee by the Department.
5. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
