The Tribunal, noting the appellant’s decision to settle the tax arrears dispute under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020, dismissed the appeal. The order was pronounced on April 5, 2023, by Sh. Shamim Yahya, Accountant Member, and Sh. Anubhav Sharma, Judicial Member.
