The ITAT, comprising Vice President G. S. Pannu and Judicial Member Kul Bharat, accepted the request for withdrawal of the appeal. The tribunal noted that a certificate under Section 5(1) of The Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020, had been filed by the appellant.
The tribunal announced the decision to dismiss the appeal as withdrawn on the conclusion of the virtual hearing on 30th April 2021. The order was pronounced by G. S. Pannu, Vice President, and Kul Bharat, Judicial Member.
